How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Catering for me is the intersection of food (my family history) and art (my personal passion). Someone said to me when I first started catering almost forty years ago that people ‘eat with their eyes’. I have never forgotten that and have always tried to make sure the first impression you have of our food is beauty and the last impression is how it made you feel.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The props that we build or buy to showcase our foods are the joyous expression of our love of objects (both new and historical) and our passion for food and presentation are examples of our individuality. Our capability to succeed in drop-off service as well as compete in the high end event arena sets us apart from others in the industry. We are at the heart of everything we do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location.
