What is your primary product or service?
Personalized European travel and skiing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've skied since I was three years old and more than 40 European resorts. As a result of their ski trips clients over the years asked for help with regular European travel. Now we have slightly more non-ski clients. Prior to starting the company for ten years I was in advertising account management primarily in new product development.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All our trips are done on a very personal level based on intimate knowledge of destinations. We use small family run hotels that are very typical of a particular place and very special places to stay. Many are members of the Relais & Chateaux, Romantik Hotel and Chateaux Hotels collections. Many also have Michelin stars for their kitchens. We also provide services such as concert tickets, dinner reservations and private guides.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We offer skiing in 18 European resorts and non-ski travel to all European countries.

Actually 99.9% of our business is done via e-mail and the phone which saves clients time and effort, so very rarely do we meet, especially since most clients are from across the country and some are also in Europe.
