I love this company anytime I order for them flowers arrive on time and are just beautiful. I work with Jeffrey over there. He is delightful, has a great New York sense of humor. Plus I don't have to figure in all of the extra costs I do with other florists. Easy just like it should be!

How long have you been in business?
We started CitiFloral at 1661 York Ave. in Yorkville on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in 1986 and have been serving Manhattan residents, businesses and organizations every day since then.
What is your primary product or service?
We are specialists in creating and delivering exquisite arrangements of a wide variety of traditional and exotic fresh flowers, exceptional orchid plants, and sumptuous fruit and gourmet gift baskets throughout Manhattan.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jeff Gaster, who was a corporate lawyer and businessman, and Gene Burdge, who had extensive experience in the floral business, combined their talents, ingenuity and determination to create a new retail floral presence in Yorkville and called it ubiquitously CitiFloral. Jeff is still the Chairman and "chief cook and bottle washer" of CitiFloral, A Little Shop of Flowers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
CitiFloral offers the varieties of flowers and modern conveniences available at larger florists with the personalized, traditional superior customer service that our experienced staff can provide. We consider ourselves to be a vital participant in our community.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We serve all of Manhattan from our beautiful central location at 1661 York Ave. in the heart of the historic Yorkville neighborhood of the Upper East Side in New York City. We'll be here forever.
