How long have you been in business?
In 1986 I graduated with a BS Degree in Real Estate from SUNY Brockport. I have had a NYS Real Estate Brokers License since 1988
What is your primary product or service?
I work with property owners that are affected by New York City Tax Liens and do conventional real estate in Douglas Manor and Douglaston, Queens.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been intrigued with the field of Real Estate. My initial involvement with HUD spurred a further interest in NYC Tax Liens. I now am very involved in my neighborhood of Douglaston and Douglas Manor.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As my business motto states, Building Communities. Its important that people give back to the community that affords them a livelihood in which they live. I was awarded the Little Neck/Douglaston Lions Man of the Year award in 2012, as well as The 2012 Long Island Board of Realtor's Community Service Award. I am also a past recipient of the Chairmans Award from The Little Neck/Douglaston Memorial Day Parade Committee.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One office on Douglaston Parkway at the gateway to Douglas Manor.
