NYHRC was one of the first to make fitness a focus for New Yorkers, and we’ve been putting our members’ health and physical well-being first ever since. With 10 locations conveniently located throughout Manhattan and in Great Neck, Long Island, New York Health & Racquet Club offers our members access to facilities that feature the best in cardio and strength training equipment; amenities that include pools, saunas and whirlpools in most clubs; and racquet and court sports in several locations.
