How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for three years, but doing hairdressing for 24.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is precision cuts.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been playing with hair since I was ten years old. I took it up in B.O.C.E.S, dropped out, because with school homework and coming home off the bus at 4:45 , it was just too long of a day for me. It was my ex-fiance who convinced me to go back to learn hairdressing(being that I was already cutting family and friends). When I gave my boss 30 days notice that I was leaving, he sold the salon to me, and now rents a chair from me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate myself from other businesses in my area, one being that I give every client seven days if they would like anything adjusted (hair shortened etc.) I stand behind everything that I do. Second, I donate my services to anyone with cancer. I give free haircuts to any cancer patient while their hair grows back while they are recvoring from their illness.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, I have only one big beautiful location with the greatest friendliest staff and right now I don,t need to expand.

The salon is located in the heart of smithtown on main street, in between Landing Avenue and Bank Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and yes, cash.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and my front desk personel runs the operation.
What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday: 10-6 Wednesday:10-8 Thursday:10-8 Friday:9-10 Saturday:9-6 Sunday: By Appointment Only
