How long have you been in business?
GEOS Language Institute New York has been established since 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer English language and TOEFL Preparation courses to international students.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Most of the staff in GEOS Language Institute New York were previously English language instructors, hence, our staff's interest and passion in the line of English education.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been in the education industry since 1973 and are accredited by ACCET in the USA. All our teachers are experienced in English language instruction and our curriculum is standardized among our 12 North American schools. All the student's class hours are with an instructor (we DO NOT make the student self-study) and we have small class sizes of 14 people or less.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our school is actually a part of a larger global network. We have 12 schools in North America (6 in the USA and 6 in Canada), as well as, schools in Oceania, Asia, Europe, and even Africa! Altogether, we have 550 schools worldwide and we definitely have plans to expand!

We are located right in the heart of Manhattan on the 6th floor of the world-famous Empire State Building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Which areas do you service?
We service all students worldwide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ms. Nobuko Munoz, our School Manager, runs daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
