I'm a former college athlete and competitor who was always fascinated with body development and recovery.

I've worked with many top professional and amateur athletes for the purpose of physical training and body recovery treatment. I'm certified in latest holistic techniques / treatment from cupping, kenesio taping, active release, to name a few.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
New York City location and will be expanding to New Rochelle, NY
