I work with leaders to develop more compassion, respect and an inclusionary environment for their employees. I coach them to embrace employee needs (from approval and validation to helping them navigate serious illness). As a result, employees remain loyal, productive and engaged. Individual Services: For individuals, I work with people ready to make BOLD changes and reinvent their lives.
Their desire for change may be by choice, but may also be because of circumstance: e.g. divorce, job loss, serious illness, loss of a family member.
In the end, when people work with me they notice they are “thriving” – flourishing, growing, feeling re-energized and with a renewed or new sense of purpose.

I have been in business for over 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Professional speaking and executive coaching. I am focused on The ReGeneration Process: How to ReEnergize, RePurpose and ReInvent. It's all about eliminating the Status Quo and moving forward.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a psychotherapist by training. It helped me realize how many people (and companies) were stuck and interested in change.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I'm very authentic, a bit unconventional, tell it like it is. I also "walk my walk" ... having reinvented successfully many times. Plus, my background as a therapist is a foundation that underlies all of my work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just work from home and go to clients.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, cash and credit cards through Pay Pal
