What is your primary product or service?
We provide professionally prepared business appraisals for use by business owners and their advisors for use in tax compliance matters, financial reporting compliance, and for litigation support matters. We also provide business plan consulting for start ups, capital raises, and other financing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a banker for many years, including 7 years as a community bank president. I left banking to help business owners grow their businesses, which led me into valuation.
Which areas do you service?
While located in the NY metro area, we provide valuation services throughout the US and Europe.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
William Quackenbush, who has 35+ years of business experience and is highly qualified in Business Valuation. He has provided expert witness testimony in New York State Supreme Court, Federal Court, and before the American Arbitration Association on valuation and economic damages issues. Bill is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation, a Master Certified Business Appraiser (MCBA), and is Accredited in Business Valuation Review (ABAR). He is the managing director of Advent Valuation Advisors.
